The Story

Eating for Hormonal Health with Kearsley Schweller

In Person and Online Class

Join Chef & Herbalist Kearsley Schweller for a deep dive into ways to nourish hormonal balance with food. This is a class for *all bodies* who believe that the hormonal dance lays a foundation for their sense of vitality & wellness. Hormones, after all, affect more than our sex life! This delicate rhythm impacts our mood, energy, and ability to relate to the world. Kearsley will be sharing her lived experience of "recovering" from and growing alongside her digestive, hormonal, and bodily imbalances over the years. Her study and trainings in Ayurveda, Hormonal Health, traditional foods, herbalism, and a life long apprenticeship to slowness rounds out this class from multiple angles. She will share the most effective shifts and tools she has used to sustain wellbeing.

Well explore a spectrum of ways to nourish hormonal wellness, some of which include:

  • Regulating Blood Sugar
  • The 3 Pillars of Hormonal Health
  • Bodily Systems to Nourish
  • The Nervous System & Hormones
  • Holiday Season Support
  • Debunking Myths on Health
  • The Hormonal Cycle of male/female biology
  • Foods That Nourish Hormonal Health
  • Feeding the Animal Body
  • What Really Is Ancestral Eating in a Modern World?
  • Minerals as Healers / Nutritive Herbs & Foods

This class is offered as a donation based event. This means you are invited to gift an amount that you can afford to  with a suggested donation amount of $35. A guide for this is to choose the highest price point you can afford, acknowledging that those who can gift more are directly supporting both my work and the members of our community who live with a tighter budget.  All people are warmly welcomed to this class.

*Due to a vast request from the community for a virtual class, this class will be held in person with an online zoom room option. All who register will receive the zoom link the day of the event and be able to view the recording for 2 weeks after the event.*
