Since time immemorial we have called upon plants to aid in the postpartum recovery process. We’ll share the flowering buds of our personal and professional use of herbal medicines & offer powerful tools to fortify your caregiving.

Kearsley is a private and postpartum chef who serves the greater Asheville community with delicious meals and herbal medicines. Her foundational work studying womens herbalism, physiology, wildcrafting, hormonal health, & traditional diets has rounded out her caregiving in ways that are deliciously nourishing. At the heart of her work is a value for small scale sourcing, bioregional relationships, and the belief that the postpartum period lays the foundation of wellbeing for the rest of life.

Evan is a full-spectrum doula and herbalist, and comes to this work with deep integrity. Living in the mountains of Western North Carolina since 2008, Evan has a strong connection with the abundance of herbal medicine that this land has to offer, as well as the community at large. As an activist, Evan strongly believes that everything and everyone is connected, and all of our actions impact one another and the earth. With the values of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, gender inclusivity, and a dedication to anti-racism work, Evan aims to create a nourishing container for anyone who enters.
